Thank you for visiting my profile. Early in my career, I left the practice of law to become a therapist, and I remain grateful for the privilege of this work. Therapy can help us mobilize our unique strengths, and learn insights and coping strategies that work for us. Although change is never easy, working together with the right therapist can help us to reduce stress and suffering, and to navigate even our most difficult life challenges with clarity, compassion, and courage. I believe that change is always possible, that being in therapy really helps, and that sometimes even a small change can make a very big difference.
