I work collaboratively with my clients to understand the emotions and experiences that shape their daily lives, supporting them in building greater self-awareness, balance, confidence, and coping skills. Through my work in schools, hospitals, and community settings, I've supported children, adolescents, adults and families as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and body image issues. I am especially interested in the ways relationships- including peer, parental, and familial- impact overall well-being, and I strive to help clients explore these dynamics with openness and curiosity.
