About
If you're here, you're likely fighting a quiet—or not so quiet—battle with your body, your relationship to food, or with a harsh inner critic that just won’t let up. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to "fix" yourself, control the uncontrollable, or numb the discomfort inside. But what if the answer isn’t in fixing, but in coming home—to yourself? I specialize in working with those who struggle with poor body image, disordered eating patterns, chronic dieting, and the deeper emotional pain that lives underneath. Beneath the surface of food and body challenges, there are often stories of shame and trauma wanting to be unpacked. Through a somatic, mindfulness-based approach, I support clients in learning how to listen to their bodies—not as problems to be solved, but as wise, living guides. Together, we’ll slow down and safely explore what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, and your emotions—with compassion, curiosity, and care.
