You’re tired of trying so hard and feeling like you just keep failing. You want to be a good wife, mom, and Christian. Yet, you constantly feel overwhelmed and are struggling to find the joy and peace it seems like you should have as a Christian. Instead, you’re finding yourself yelling at your family, melting down, and crying yourself to sleep. Sometimes it seems like you can’t stop crying. You often feel on edge and this feeling is becoming intolerable. You’ve been told you just need to pray and trust God more. You do pray and read the Bible and don’t understand why you still feel so sad and anxious. You need to find someone who isn’t going to judge you and can help you make sense of the mental and emotional battles you seem to keep fighting. I am passionate about supporting Christian women experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression, along with the unique challenges these can often pose to your faith.
