Life presents us all with challenges that are not meant to be faced alone. I became a therapist in order to help those who feel alone in their struggles. My passion in the field stems from the belief that everyone has the capacity to lead a fulfilling life when well supported. I hope to foster the personal growth of my clients while being a resource to those seeking to change their lives in a positive way. I work with many backgrounds, lifestyles, and worldviews. The focus of my work is on anxiety and depression, particularly working with those who experience their symptoms while facing significant life transitions.
