Hi! I’m Emily Espinoza, a Pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Nova Counseling. I’m passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and connection. My approach to therapy is holistic and relational, with a special focus on experiential work through Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I provide services in the Palm City and Okeechobee areas, partnering with horses to support individuals, couples, and families in their journey toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. I’m trained in the Fundamentals of Natural Lifemanship, a trauma-informed model of equine-assisted services.
