Therapy makes life better. It does so in ways that are both clear and concrete and somewhat mysterious. Maybe you arrive with a set goal -- manage anxiety, find a better job, or get more from a stalled relationship. Or maybe you're experiencing a more generalized state of existential discomfort or depression -- grappling with how to find meaning in life, a sense of cosmic isolation, or fear of mortality.
