My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma, instability, or loss and are ready to begin the process of healing. They may feel anxious, disconnected, or weighed down by their past, and they want to feel safe, understood, and in control again. Parents or caregivers may be looking for guidance in supporting their child through behavioral or emotional challenges. Ultimately, my clients want to reclaim their sense of safety, self-worth, and stability to believe that healing is possible and that life can feel manageable again. My experience in community mental health, the child welfare system, and crisis intervention allows me to support clients through even the most complex circumstances with care. My approach balances compassion with practical strategies because recovery isn’t just about understanding the past; it’s about creating a future where you can feel safe and grounded.
