It is never easy to make the decision for change in one’s life and coming to counseling is no exception. While the present is the time to make changes and take action to improve one’s well-being, it can also be important to examine our pasts and how they may influence our beliefs and behaviors today. In sessions, we will work towards a deeper understanding of yourself as an individual and use that to find what may work for you. My passion is in working with individuals who have experienced different types of traumas, individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those experiencing major life changes.
