I believe that counseling enables people to be the best version of themselves. My goal is to empower you to make positive choices in your life. I also believe that one of the most important aspects of counseling is the therapeutic relationship between client and counselor. I feel this relationship should provide you with the confidence to navigate life's many challenges. I have a background working with various populations, including but not limited to those individuals struggling with trauma, self esteem, depression, anxiety and grief.
