Whether your overwhelm comes from inside or the world around you, I provide a space of non-judgment, honesty, and compassion. My goal is to support and collaborate with you in finding a greater sense of balance and well-being through curiosity. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in working in community mental health treating adults from all experiences. I specialize in working with individuals managing challenges with trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, with a particular passion for empowering women and folx in the LGBTQIA+ community.
