My clients include individuals, couples, and families navigating life-transitions, complex relationships, inner conflicts, trauma, and loss. Perhaps you are called inward and want to understand the parts of self that feel unknown, rejected, or overlooked. You desire connection—with self and others—and seek healing that is relational and embodied in nature. In therapy, we will explore how your past relationships, histories, contexts, and stories might be shaping your life in the here and now. Together, we will work to translate and transmute experiences of pain and suffering into opportunities for meaning making and purpose building. I practice from a depth-oriented, IFS-informed perspective that honors each person’s expansive identity and unique capacity for self-directed healing. In our work, you are invited to explore your life and internal world in a curiosity-driven, non-pathologizing space and supported in building practical tools to move towards what feels fulfilling and true.
