About

I work with folks of all sexual, gender, race, and neurotype identifications who are looking to better understand themselves and create change in their lives. I work with people 18+ years old and primarily do individual therapy as well as some couples therapy. I see folks looking to address a variety of diagnosis and topics including anxiety, depression, family of origin, relational distress, and trauma. My particular interests include Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), folks living in larger bodies/addressing fatphobia and self-image, and adult child and parent estrangement.
