I believe in walking alongside clients to help them create the change they are needing. I strive to create an environment where vulnerability and trust can take place, but also accept challenges to grow. With no two clients being the same, I use my clinical experience from group settings for those in crisis and to individual therapy of multiple teen and adult populations including trauma, religious/high control groups trauma depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, identity, and more.
