Therapy is one of the greatest forms of self-care we can offer ourselves. Even thinking of starting therapy requires a lot of courage! If you have found your way to my profile, you might feel ready for change but unsure of what therapy will look like. You may be experiencing unresolved feelings from the past, noticing patterns that keep you from living the life you want, or you may simply be seeking someone who truly listens and cares. If this sounds like you, know that you do not need to face your struggles alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in women's mental health. The clients I am most equipped to help are survivors of abuse, domestic violence, and trauma. I am also qualified to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I am trained in both EMDR and ERP, which helps my clients experience lasting healing in their mental health.
