I love to learn and continue to attend trainings in many different therapeutic techniques and strategies. I believe that therapy should be individualized and truly believe that the therapeutic relationship itself will foster the greatest results. My true passion is giving individuals the tools they need to better manage all of the different roles they play in their own lives. Depending upon the client, I tend to use mostly DBT and CBT related therapeutic techniques.
