I love my work and feel incredibly fortunate to have formed so many meaningful therapeutic relationships. It is a privilege to travel with clients as they emerge from suffering and utilize the strengths they have found and the skills they have learned to achieve balance and ultimately, their life goals. The relationship between therapist and client is a real, equalitarian relationship built on honesty, respect, and collaboration. As we get to know each other, you will find that I am warm, genuine, non-judgmental, flexible, direct, and irreverent. I have a good sense of humor and believe that laughter is an important part of healing. I offer psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, parents, & families. Skilled with people struggling with intense emotions/behaviors, I am effective with clients who have not succeeded in previous therapy. With specialized training through PSI and as a mother of 4 young children, I am uniquely equipped for issues surrounding pregnancy and parenting.
