I create a safe and supportive environment where you and I will identify ways to enact positive change and enhance your inner strengths. I come from a holistic, strength-based perspective and work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also actively support individuals who are on the path to healing from substance use disorder by exploring the root causes of their reliance on substances. Additionally, I have an area of focus in working with gender diverse teens and adults who are navigating identity.
