I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-approved program. Additionally, I have a particular interest in supporting first responders and individuals impacted by crime.
