Hello! My name is Emily. I am a licensed couple, family and child therapist. I have a lot of toys and games in my office for my kiddo clients so I always get asked if I see adults too. Yes, I see people of all ages! My background is in human development and the ways in which attachment, traumas, and other significant life experiences shape how our automatic nervous systems respond to environmental triggers, brain structure, and behaviors at each different life cycle stage. Anxiety, anger, mood shifts, loneliness, loss, detachment, fear of trust, chronic illness, people with higher sensitivities- these are some of my top areas.
