Is your child struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, or depression? Big emotions can be hard to navigate, but support is closer than you think! I specialize in emotions management in children and teens, also offering support to young adults. Whether your child is struggling with expressing themselves, or your teen is withdrawn and struggling, I am here to help! Many of my clients struggle with behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment and self-esteem. Together we focus building resilience, learning emotions expression, and promoting a positive growth mindset. I will work with your kiddo to learn important skills to promote emotional balance while addressing concerns like depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I use art, play, and gentle challenges to work with my clients in a way that speaks their language and is uniquely tailored to their needs. My skills range from imaginative play to crisis intervention.
