I would describe my therapy style as warm, non-judgmental with a dash of humor. There are very few things that will surprise me, which means feel free to be the real, pajama wearing, haven’t showered this week, I have NO CLUE what I’m doing with my life you. Everyone comes to therapy looking for something different — to make changes, gain new skills, vent, or have someone that isn’t your family to talk to. Good news, I will be all of those things.
