I work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families using an attachment-based and relational approach. I believe our early relationships shape how we understand ourselves and connect with others, and that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to navigate emotional or relational challenges. Parents may be worried about their child, while adolescents and adults may be seeking support during stressful or uncertain times. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and gain clarity and confidence. I support clients through a broad range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. With children, my work is playful and developmentally responsive, supporting emotional regulation and resilience. With adolescents and adults, I offer a collaborative, reflective space for growth and healing.
