Whether you are struggling with self-harm, panic attacks, relationship issues, or navigating family changes, I provide a supportive space for you to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and tools to minimize anxiety and depression. I use evidence-based interventions to help you meet their goals and work toward a healthy mind and body. I offer family therapy or parent sessions as well.
