What aspects of your life give you a sense of gratitude or fulfillment? Are there sticky points where it would be helpful to have a separate, nonjudgmental perspective to talk through with? I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, relational concerns, and trauma. I work with clients with Autism and ADHD symptoms impacting their ability to live a fulfilling life, and adults looking to be more present in their lives and relationships. I am particularly interested in working with couples with communication issues, discussing relationship longevity, rebuilding trust, and navigating Ethical Non-Monogamy.
