Tried therapy before and didn't get the outcome you wanted? I thrive working with clients willing to give therapy another go, and also welcome new-to-therapy clients looking for long-lasting change, not just bandaids. I offer a depth-oriented approach that challenges you to dig deeper past the walls into your patterns, relationships, and parts of self. I believe that the best foundation to do this difficult work is built through a warm, trusting, and boundaried relationship between therapist and client. Additionally, I’m very attentive to how sociopolitical and environmental factors affect our mental health and wellness.
