I believe in the impactful nature of relationships—whether with others, ourselves, or between therapists and clients. They can be the cornerstone of our lives, profoundly influencing our well-being. The individuals and couples I work with are often motivated to nurture their relationships by exploring and understanding their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to gain insight and perspective. I appreciate that every person will come to therapy with different goals and motivations in mind, and I value creating a safe space for you to work towards whatever those might be for you.
