Therapy means different things to different people. Regardless of our differences, starting therapy can seem scary and overwhelming. So we will start where you are and work together to determine what therapy looks like for you. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or life circumstances. My goal is to be a safe, culturally competent source of support, which means there will be times that you will need to lead me, to help both of us grow in our understanding of who you are and what you need.
