I have a passion for working with trauma as it manifests through anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and disordered eating. I utilize my training in Somatic Experiencing, Jungian Psychology, and small group dynamics to empower adolescents and adults to create and lead their ideal lives. I deeply enjoy helping clients discover the love for themselves–body, mind, spirit, heart—they have been seeking elsewhere, often all their lives.
