Struggling with anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions? I’m Emily Jalajas, LCSW, passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds to address challenges like ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and life changes. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual, creating a safe space to explore your thoughts, build coping skills, and grow. Outside of work, I enjoy CrossFit, traveling, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my dog. I help clients understand how their thoughts impact feelings and behaviors, using a cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approach with mindfulness. Together, we’ll build healthy coping strategies and self-regulation skills to navigate challenges more effectively.
