Greetings! I bring over a decade of clinical experience to our sessions as well as certifications in yoga teacher training and reiki. I’m trained in EMDR, TF-CBT, and positive parenting—which I’ve found to be immensely helpful for many individuals in processing trauma, anxiety-based blockages, and generational trauma. I have additional expertise in treating PTSD, couples, body positivity, relationship stressors, healing from abuse, OCD, and personality disorders. I also care deeply about systemic oppression and advocacy, the spiritual elements of healing, and maximizing the mind-body connection with somatic practices.
