Hi, I'm Emily Keehn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Sacramento, but working virtually to better assist clients throughout California. I work with adults 18-65, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders using a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients overcome barriers and feel better. We'll use an approach designed to meet your needs pulling from various techniques and guided by mindfulness to help you better connect with yourself.
