We all get overwhelmed at times and need support. I am glad you’re seeking help and am proud of you for taking this step! I have a background in supporting people who experience anxiety, depression, significant loss, addiction, neurodiverse needs, complex trauma, relationship challenges, and work-related stress. I also have experience helping individuals who work in the healing professions (i.e. doctors, teachers, nurses, therapist), as well as supporting those who have relationship stressors that impact their well being.
