I’m a psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with adults seeking a deeper understanding of how their relationships and histories create personal patterns they cannot seem to shift on their own. Many of my patients have tried other therapies and found that something was missing. They sense there is more beneath the surface, and they want a space where their inner world is taken seriously. I work with people navigating complicated family dynamics, especially adult children of emotionally inconsistent parents; LGBTQ+ individuals; creatives and writers; and people struggling with anxiety, shame, envy, or relational difficulties.
