I am currently accepting new clients. I work with clients ages 9 and up in dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. If you are struggling with feeling stressed and overwhelmed by life, I'd love to help by finding different strategies to manage symptoms, work to identify and change mindsets that do not serve you, and provide space for your concerns to be heard. I provide empathy and a judgement-free space to allow you to grow in a supportive environment.
