About
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, and my goal is to help make that first step feel safer and more manageable. As a mental health counselor, I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where teens, adults, and seniors feel heard, respected, and understood. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are without judgment. It is very important to me that your autonomy is honored during our work together. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll explore the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be holding you back, while building practical skills to help you cope more effectively.
