Hi! I'm excited that you're here! Selecting a counselor can feel like a lot of pressure, so here is some info to get to know me a little! I have been in the counseling field for over 15 years and I use an eclectic approach to counseling and performance skills coaching. I specialize in a range of mental health issues including anxiety, trauma, substance use, and disordered eating. I am an LCPC and CADC trained in general mental health concerns, trauma and performance counseling for athletes. I employ a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CTB, DBT, Intuitive Eating, Multiple Channel Exposure Therapy for trauma and substance use disorders to tailor interventions to each client's unique needs.
