I am a licensed clinical social worker and experienced psychotherapist in the Springfield community who has over 20 years of practice in both inpatient and outpatient mental health, substance abuse and working with persons with acute and chronic medical issues. I have spent the last 12 years working with a variety of clients, with a focus on cancer, grief and trauma. Over the years I have come to believe that we are all fellow travelers on our different journeys in life. Whether you are someone dealing with significant trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, stress or a medical issue, having someone to walk alongside you can help alleviate symptoms and feelings of distress. I am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist.
