Finding the right provider for your mental health support is a big decision. Treatment focused on your unique needs is paramount. I have worked with families and individuals for over twenty years using a strengths-based and client centered focus. I utilize an approach that helps to inform and promote healing and growth. I am particularly drawn to understanding the past to promote a healthy future. I am a licensed clinical and generalist social worker who graduated with a MSW from Grand Valley State University. I am trained in Internal Family Systems and EMDR. In working with children and adults it is amazing to see the healing effects of better understanding the mind & body connection.
