Sometimes life is overwhelming and hard. Whether you're experiencing a major life transition or feel stuck where you are, therapy is an opportunity to increase your capacity to grow, change, and experience healing. We'll work together to find ways to cope with difficulty and experience more fulfillment. I work with teens, adults, and couples on a range of issues. I've worked extensively with depression, anxiety, relational conflict, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, life transitions, and grief and loss. For some people, faith is an important aspect of their lives, and can be incorporated into counseling if desired.
