Life is full of challenges, and for many the help of an outside professional perspective is needed. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with adults, children, and families in a variety of settings. This experience has allowed me to develop effective therapeutic skills to help clients learn to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, family/relationship challenges, and child and adolescent behavioral problems. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy while incorporating a blend of research-based techniques.
