I enjoys working with teens, young adults, and individuals struggling with different challenges. I draw from polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and a trauma-informed lens and enjoys incorporating different techniques to fit each individual's therapeutic needs. She offers a variety of artistic therapeutic techniques, traditional talk therapy, and brings a warmth in her approach to working with clients.
