About

I’ve found that patients often come to me during a time of transition. They are often grappling with separation, connection, and impactful decisions; and many set out to address issues of identity, family concerns, relationships, and careers. Therapy can be a process of both healing and growing. Together we can explore important aspects of your past, while working to improve your present. I foster warm and collaborative relationships, and aim for patients to feel understood, supported, and appropriately challenged. I approach each new therapy relationship with curiosity, flexibility, and openness. I am a generalist with a focus on how your past impacts current patterns or “stuckness.” I have specific interest and training in the pregnancy and postpartum period, and early parenting. Additional areas of significant experience include student or early career lawyers and psychologists, romantic relationships and dating, and new or chronic health concerns.
