Healing and change stem from awareness, understanding, and self-compassion. Therapy can deepen your understanding of what makes you who you are. This process is empowering and serves as a driving force for making positive changes in your life. I have a rich clinical history in treating trauma survivors. Through this work and my training, I have developed the skills to help individuals understand and track the impact of their experiences. I use a mindfulness-based approach, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), to integrate these experiences, allowing individuals to feel better quickly.
