We're all struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, identity issues, low self-esteem, stress, and advocating for ourselves. Life is hard, AND we can still have some level of control over how we're deciding to care for ourselves and others. That's where I may be able to help - sometimes we get too zoomed in and we need another supportive voice in our lives. As a queer, biracial human, I appreciate and celebrate the identities of my clients and acknowledge that they are the experts in their lives and I'm honored to be a part of their journey.
