Life challenges and transitions can be scary and overwhelming. Sometimes you need someone to support you through them. My therapeutic approach is as a guide, honoring your stories and experiences in the world. Our work together will be collaborative, holistic, somatic and integrative. Everyone is different and together we will discover and explore healing modalities that will work best for you. With over 15 years of experience working in community mental health with diverse and traditionally marginalized communities, I offer a unique grounded perspective of the intersections of oppression and the impact it has on our mental health. Specializing in working with: couples, communication and intimacy issues, queer and trans* (including gender fluid and non binary) folks, poly and non monogamy relationships, kink aware, trauma sensitivity, artists/performers, self esteem, codependency, interdependency, sexuality and sex therapy.
