I have been a mental health practitioner for 25 years, practicing in New York and Los Angeles. While my foundation is psychodynamic, I take an integrative and interactive approach, adapting to meet each client’s unique needs. I work with adults and couples facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, career dilemmas, life transitions, loss, and the desire for self-exploration. I also provide supervision, privately and for a decade as a volunteer supervisor at the Maple Counseling Center, nurturing the growth of emerging therapists. In my private practice, I now also collaborate with a talented team of associates.
