Hello and welcome to therapy! My name is Emily and I am an LCSW therapist, licensed in both Utah and Colorado. I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds and walk of life. I find it very satisfying to support and witness their growth journey, especially as they shed negative perception of themselves. I strongly believe that all my client have the ability to create the changes they desire. My goal is to help them discover the tools and the environment necessary to create and sustain these changes.
