I work to make therapy a safe and inviting space for people to speak about what is on their mind. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be your truest self! Through working together, I help clients work through their goals, not around them. Not sure what your goals are? We can work together to find them. I integrate person-centered, emotion-focused and trauma-informed techniques to help clients process the past and the present. I also integrate Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help client make positive changes in their lives and their relationships.
