My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood just as you are. As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and challenges with identity, relationships, and emotion regulation.
